Site Overview : The site sits on a somewhat flat terrain, with a land area of about 1.5 acres. It is surrounded by predominatly dilapidated industrial zone.
Client's Brief : To design a 3S [Showroom, Service + ] Center for 2 different entities, 1 mainly cars + the other commercial trucks, and also storage for vehicles. By combining both into 1 site, customers can enjoy a truly one-stop-center.
Design Intentions : The overall theme for this development is to create a functional with simple + sleek design to stand out from the crowd.
Concept Ideas : 2 train of thoughts....
1. Segregation- The notion of expressing the form into 2 separate blocks since they are 2 entities.
2. Unity- The 2 entities are embedded into 1 form
