Toyota 3S Alor Star

This is a Design Competition between 2 Architectural Firms to come up with the best solution to create a 3S [Showroom + Spare Parts + Service] Center in Alor Star, so the chances are 50:50

This Project Brief given was quite detailed [which is quite surprising because usually most of the Briefs given are ..... brief!] + the fact that the site was quite narrow, it actually dictated the zoning of the overall scheme.
