Ibunda Annex Banquet

The Site is an existing Fine Dining Restaurant located in Jalan Bukit Bintang, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The original building is an existing bungalow which was then converted into a restaurant.

The Client felt that eventhough they had a niche market in fine malay cruisine, they could still capture the weekend scene by building a Banquet Hall next to the Restaurant.

Cheras Carpark

This is a competition project organised by DBKL to propose a Carpark Block in Cheras to cater for the pressing need of insufficient parking problem at this vicinity, as it is nearby the LRT Station + as well as promoting public transportation.

Design Brief : To design a multi-storey carpark to accomodate approximately 240 bays with support areas such as office, surau + toilets. Cost of project must not exceed RM 10M
