Project Brief
The proposed development is sutuated in Khushab, Pakistan. The weather here expreriences the 4 seasons of winter, spring, summer + fall. The site is located in a scenic spot with the Red Mountain as a backdrop, so hence the development is called 'Red Mountain Clubhouse Resort'. The overall development is about 200 acres, which would be completed in phases. The developmet would consists of Residential Units, Holliday Villas, Golf Course + a Clubhouse.

Clubhouse Components
The Components that the Club provides are Banquet + Seminar Halls, Function Rooms, Restaurants + Outdoor Cafes, Business Centers as well as Games Facilities mainly Swimming Pools, Squash, Snooker + Golf Course.

Design Approach
This Clubhouse may appear a little opulent for a place that says back-to-nature simplicity. This was purposely done to pamper the elite club members + their guests. The approach initially was to create a modern looking skin with simple characteristics. However, the Client decided the look to be a more elaborated architecture to enhance the concept of pamper. The style that was adopted was Spanish, which would translate the Client's need to create a grandeur Clubhouse.
Behind its formal appearance, its open-sided terraces provide captivating views of the scenic mountain. The different blocks within the complex are linked with semi-covered walkways.
