Today [3 June 2010] is the official grand handing over of this project. we had to come up with the artwork + print 200 copies within 3 days... but we pulled it off!

Toyota 3S Alor Star

This is a Design Competition between 2 Architectural Firms to come up with the best solution to create a 3S [Showroom + Spare Parts + Service] Center in Alor Star, so the chances are 50:50

This Project Brief given was quite detailed [which is quite surprising because usually most of the Briefs given are ..... brief!] + the fact that the site was quite narrow, it actually dictated the zoning of the overall scheme.

A Private Developer approached us to propose a Sports Complex in their township to provide an added value to their existing township as well as creating healthy awareness within the community.
