A Private Developer approached us to propose a Sports Complex in their township to provide an added value to their existing township as well as creating healthy awareness within the community.

Ibunda Annex Banquet

The Site is an existing Fine Dining Restaurant located in Jalan Bukit Bintang, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The original building is an existing bungalow which was then converted into a restaurant.

The Client felt that eventhough they had a niche market in fine malay cruisine, they could still capture the weekend scene by building a Banquet Hall next to the Restaurant.

To create a Banquet Hall that could accomodate about 200 pax
